Seventy-five people attend celebration for Ed Keener as he receives the 2010 Nelle Tobias Award for Philanthropy!

On June 19, seventy-five Boise progressives gathered at St. Michael's Bishop Tuttle House to honor Ed Keener as he received the 2010 Nelle Tobias Award for Philanthropy. Ed has long been a community leader, activist for social justice, and philanthropist. His work with the Interfaith Sanctuary, the Kessler-Keener Extraordinary Witness Lecture Series, his long term stewardship of his home and land, combined with his many other philanthropic efforts make him a perfect example for the rest of us. Together with his wife Martha, Ed has truly made Idaho a better place for us all. We're all in this together!
